PBCMA CondoFest 2019

Dear Exhibitor:

 

We are pleased to invite you to participate in CondoFest 2019 to be held Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 1601 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida.  The trade show will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with educational seminars for managers throughout the day.  More than 80 exhibits for Condominium, Cooperative, and Homeowner Association Managers will be on display.

 

If you wish to participate, please indicate three (3) choices for booth location on the exhibit space contract and return it with the appropriate information needed for registration along with your check.  In the event your choices are not available, we reserve the right to place you in the closest available booth.  Vendors will only be allowed a maximum of two (2) booths.  In order to be completely fair, booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so don’t delay in returning your application and check.  Booth locations will NOT be assigned until PBCMA receives your check.  As always, we are opening the registration to the vendors who participated last year.  On December 1st, we will open it up to all vendors.  Payment in full is required with the application and checks should be made payable to Palm Beach Community Managers Association Inc. (PBCMA) and mailed to PBCMA, P.O. Box 507, Lake Worth, Florida 33460.

 

The facilities will be available for set-up of exhibits at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019.  All exhibits must be set up and ready by 7:30 a.m.  We will have more information regarding set-up as we approach the event date.  There will be no charge for electric service.  However, if you do require service, you must bring sufficient extension cords to connect to the in-floor receptacles.

 

As you may recall, last year was very well attended and we fully expect to do even better in 2019.  Exhibitors are encouraged to offer some type of prize to be awarded. 

 

Vendors collecting business cards from Community Association Managers for prizes must inform us of their intent to present a prize.  Prizes will be announced during lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. and at that time vendors will bring the business cards they have received with them to the lunch room for the drawing.  Business cards should be collected in a “prize bowl” which shall have the name of the vendor, the prize and booth location visible on the outside of the “prize bowl.”
