CondoFest 2018

PBCMA CondoFest 2018

Dear Exhibitor:

We are pleased to invite you to participate in CondoFest 2018 to be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 1601 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida.  The trade show will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with educational seminars for managers throughout the day.  More than 80 exhibits for Condominium, Cooperative, and Homeowner Association Managers will be on display.

If you wish to participate, please indicate three (3) choices for booth location on the exhibit space contract and return it with the appropriate information needed for registration along with your check.  In the event your choices are not available, we reserve the right to place you in the closest available booth.  Vendors will only be allowed a maximum of two (2) booths.  In order to be completely fair, booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so don’t delay in returning your application and check.  Booth locations will NOT be assigned until PBCMA receives your check.  We are opening the registration to the vendors who participated last year.  On November 15th, we will open it up to all vendors.  Payment in full is required with the application and checks should be made payable to Palm Beach Community Managers Association Inc. (PBCMA) and mailed to PBCMA, P.O. Box 507, Lake Worth, Florida 33460.

The facilities will be available for set-up of exhibits at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018.  All exhibits must be set up and ready by 7:30 a.m.  We will have more information regarding set-up as we approach the event date.  There will be no charge for electric service.  However, if you do require service, you must bring sufficient extension cords to connect to the in-floor receptacles.

As you may recall, last year was very well attended and we fully expect to do even better in 2018.  Exhibitors are encouraged to offer some type of prize to be awarded. 

Vendors collecting business cards from Community Association Managers for prizes must inform us of their intent to present a prize.  Prizes will be announced during lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. and at that time vendors will bring the business cards they have received with them to the lunch room for the drawing.  Business cards should be collected in a “prize bowl” which shall have the name of the vendor, the prize and booth location visible on the outside of the “prize bowl.”

Dear Preferred Vendor:

 

The 22nd Annual ‘Manager’s Cup’ Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Indian Spring Golf & Country Club located on El Clair Ranch Road South of Woolbright Rd. in Boynton Beach, Florida.

 

Although our event is several months away, we wanted to get the info out to you in order for you to have the additional time to fit it into your schedule.  As good as it was for the previous 21 years, we anticipate our 22nd year to be even better.  We will also be keeping sponsorship and player fees consistent with last year’s rate.  The popularity and success of the MANAGER’S CUP TOURNAMENT is second to none and is demonstrated by the Sponsors and Players that have participated each and every year the tournament has been held.  That’s 21+ years and counting.

 

If you want to have a great time, as well as having an opportunity to network with the PBCMA member Managers that will also be participating, now is your chance.  As always, your participation as a sponsor in our event will be acknowledged by listing your business name, address and phone number in the Golf Program which is distributed to the many Managers that belong to the Palm Beach Community Managers Association, urging them to avail themselves of your products and/or services. “YOUR ADVERTISING DOLLARS AT WORK”
